DURHAM, N.C. (AP) No. 1 Duke and fourth-ranked Virginia kept trading baskets - and the lead - down the stretch of another classic at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Here's the difference: The Blue Devils had RJ Barrett, Zion Williamson and a defense that -even without key on-the-ball defender Tre Jones- flipped the script on the Cavaliers.

Barrett scored 30 points, Williamson had 27 and Duke gave Virginia its first loss of the season by beating the Cavaliers 72-70 on Saturday night.

Baylor knocks off No. 8 Texas Tech

WACO, Texas (AP) Freshman guard Jared Butler was a late arrival at Baylor. The top recruit originally chose Alabama and began last summer there, before he got his release, and a waiver to play somewhere else this season.

Butler is now starting and getting comfortable in the Big 12.

No. 5 Gonzaga rolls to 9th straight win

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) Rui Hachimura said it felt like Gonzaga was a bit hurried in the first half against struggling Portland before settling down for a more typical Bulldog win.

"Before the second half, we talked about passing more and using our teammates. I think the second half we did pretty well with ball movement," the 6-foot-8 sophomore said.

No. 12 Kentucky holds off No. 14 Auburn

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) Tyler Herro and the Kentucky Wildcats didn't flinch when their seemingly comfortable lead was wiped out.

Faced with a hostile crowd and No. 12 Auburn's red-hot Bryce Brown, the 14th-ranked Wildcats survived a big comeback attempt in an 82-80 win on Saturday.

Johnson clutch as No. 13 UNC downs Miami

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (AP) With 6 1/2 minutes left and North Carolina clinging to a one-point lead, 6-foot-9 Cameron Johnson took aim from long range over 5-foot-7 Chris Lykes.

Texas beats No. 20 Oklahoma to end skid

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) Texas senior guard Kerwin Roach II played like he had a lot to make up for.

He did. And he delivered.

Auburn C Wiley expected to miss 2 weeks

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) Auburn center Austin Wiley is out for the Kentucky game with a lower leg injury.

Auburn announced Wiley's status before the 14th-ranked Tigers faced No. 12 Kentucky on Saturday. A spokesman says the 6-foot-11, 260-pound center "is expected to miss a couple of weeks."
